Founder, OnlineBill.pk
I’m Khurram Shahzad, and I’ve spent the last 5 years working on electricity billing websites in Pakistan, helping people find and understand their utility bills online. Over that time, I noticed the same problems coming up again and again: people didn’t know why their bill suddenly went up, didn’t know how to file a complaint when their power went out, and often couldn’t find their bill at all when the printed copy never reached their home.
I started OnlineBill.pk to solve exactly that. My aim is simple: every household in Pakistan should be able to check their electricity bill in seconds, understand what’s driving the cost, know how to reduce their usage, and know exactly how to raise a complaint — whether it’s about a power outage, a wrong reading, or a bill that doesn’t match their actual sanctioned load.
OnlineBill.pk is currently a one-person project, built and maintained by me directly. As the site grows, I plan to bring on a small team to expand our guides and support even more electricity companies across Pakistan.
